AI Systems Integrator

The AI Systems Integrator is our builder. You love designing and building the workflows and integrations that solve real problems, taking them from problem all the way to working solution. We only deliver what actually works and actually changes the outcome, and this role lives by that standard. It is based in Charlotte, NC on a hybrid schedule.

What you'll do

• Build and ship AI-powered workflows, automations, and integrations end to end
• Go from problem to solution: understand the real need, design the system, build it, and make sure it works in production
• Wire together AI models, APIs, automation platforms, and internal tools into reliable systems
• Test, measure, and harden what you build so it holds up in the real world
• Optimize and maintain delivered solutions so they keep driving impact
• Partner with the team and clients to translate messy problems into working systems
• Hold the bar: we ship solutions that actually work, not demos
