Creative Designer
AMP Dynamic is an AI-native holding company that builds and acquires software businesses solving real-world problems. AMP Marketing is our in-house growth engine. We design and build the brands, websites, and ad creative that drive real pipeline for our portfolio companies and a roster of top-tier clients.
Our bar is high. Our clients are best-in-class, and the work we ship has to look like it. We're looking for a creative designer with serious craft and taste: someone who can design and build a premium, conversion-ready website, then turn around and create the ad creative that fills the top of the funnel. This role is based in Charlotte, NC on a hybrid schedule.
What you'll do
- Design and build high-quality marketing websites and landing pages that look premium and convert
- Create the creative for ads and campaigns across paid social and digital channels
- Own visual identity and brand systems: logos, guidelines, typography
- Bring 3D into the work where it elevates the result, from product renders to motion-ready assets
- Work AI-native with a modern toolkit: Figma, Claude, Higgsfield, and AI image and 3D tools, moving faster while holding a high bar for taste, originality, and craft
- Partner with engineers to ship pixel-accurate, responsive designs in Figma
Who you are
- You have exceptional taste and a high craft bar. Top-tier clients expect top-tier work
- You're fluent in Figma and the modern design toolkit
- You've embraced AI tools like Claude and Higgsfield but you're not dependent on them. You know when the output is good enough and when your own craft has to take over
- You're comfortable across both web design and ad creative
- You think about conversion and outcomes, not just aesthetics
- You move fast, iterate, and take ownership end to end
Who this role is not for

- This is not an entry-level role. If you're just starting out or don't yet have real experience, this particular role isn't the right fit
- It's not for someone who needs constant hand-holding or rigid structure. You should be able to take an ambiguous problem and figure it out quickly
- It's not for someone who leans on AI to do the thinking for them and ships work they can't explain or stand behind
- It's not for someone who feels they're done learning. We want people with real experience who still push to get better every day

What we're looking for
- 3+ years of professional design experience. This is not an entry-level role
- Outstanding portfolio spanning web, brand, and ad creative
- Mastery of Figma and the modern design toolkit
- Strong grasp of typography, layout, color, and design systems
- Experience designing both marketing websites and ad creative
- AI-native designer: you've genuinely used tools like Figma, Claude, and Higgsfield, plus AI image and 3D tools, and you know their limits, with the taste to know when to trust them and when not to
- 3D design experience is a real plus. We have been doing more of it
- Bonus: motion design experience
