Product Manager

This role is for someone who lives on the frontier of AI. You're constantly experimenting with new tools, models, and workflows, and you know how to translate that knowledge into practical systems that drive measurable results.

You'll take ownership of building and scaling AI-powered processes across marketing, operations, and internal workflows, from idea to implementation to optimization. This is not a passive role. We're searching for someone competitive, proactive, and obsessed with staying ahead of the curve. It is based in Charlotte, NC on a hybrid schedule.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and scale AI-powered systems and workflows across marketing, operations, and internal teams
• Take ideas from concept to implementation to ongoing optimization, owning the outcome
• Constantly evaluate new tools, models, and techniques, and put the best ones into production
• Translate frontier AI capabilities into practical processes that drive measurable results
• Partner with teams across the holdco to find the highest-leverage places to apply AI
• Define the metrics that prove impact, and push to improve them
• Work hands-on: prototype, automate, and ship, not just advise
