AMP Dynamic is an AI-native holding company that builds and acquires software businesses solving real-world problems. AMP Marketing is our in-house growth engine. We build the websites and lead-generation systems that drive real pipeline for our portfolio companies and a roster of top-tier clients. We're looking for a sales rep who can open doors and close deals with premium clients. This role is based in Charlotte, NC on a hybrid schedule.

What you'll do

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, pitch, and close new clients for our web and lead-gen services
  • Build and manage a pipeline with disciplined follow-up and fast speed-to-lead
  • Run discovery and tailor proposals to each client's growth goals
  • Work AI-native: use AI tools for research, outreach, and prep to move faster, while bringing the human judgment and relationship skills that actually close
  • Partner with marketing and delivery so what you sell, we deliver
  • Hit and exceed revenue targets

Who you are

  • You can sell to a high bar. Our clients are top-tier and expect a polished, credible partner
  • You understand lead gen and digital marketing well enough to sell it with authority
  • You've embraced AI sales tools but you're not dependent on them. You know real selling is still relationships and judgment
  • You're organized, persistent, and driven by outcomes
  • You move fast and take ownership of your number

Who this role is not for

  • This is not an entry-level role. If you're just starting out or don't yet have real experience, this particular role isn't the right fit
  • It's not for someone who needs constant hand-holding or rigid structure. You should be able to take an ambiguous problem and figure it out quickly
  • It's not for someone who leans on AI to do the thinking for them and ships work they can't explain or stand behind
  • It's not for someone who feels they're done learning. We want people with real experience who still push to get better every day

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in marketing, agency, or SaaS. This is not an entry-level role
  • A track record of hitting and exceeding quota
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • AI-native: you use modern AI tools for research and outreach and you know their limits
  • Comfortable with CRM discipline and pipeline management
