How AMP Dynamic got started
AMP Dynamic was formed in July 2023 after direct experience operating venture-backed software. Through that experience, we learned that growth without durability creates fragility, funding does not replace product-market fit, systems matter more than narrative, and ownership matters more than optics.
Rather than chase external validation, AMP Dynamic was built around control, cash-flow discipline, long-term ownership, and technical rigor, with the vision of building a portfolio of durable software assets. We are a small, focused team of about ten people in Charlotte, NC, and every person operates with real ownership.
